Eganville U15 House B Tournament

Eganville District Minor Hockey Association is pleased to be presenting this U15 house level tournament.
 
All teams are guaranteed two games and the cost is $500. 

Tournament Structure

This single day tournament will consist of eight teams and be an A/B bracket format. From the initial game, the winning team will move to the A side of the bracket while the losing team will move to the B side. After the initial round, games become elimination with the winning team advancing.

The tournament will start at 8:00am with the B Finals at 4:00pm and the A Finals at 5:00pm. 

Venue

All games are played at the Eganville Arena located at 178 Jane Street, Eganville. Games will feature Player of the Game awards and the Eganville Eagles host team will be offering a kitchen, raffle table, 50/50, and other prizes. 

Registration

To participate, select the Register button above to begin the registration process. You will need to enter your team location and name, contact information (Manager and/or Coach), and jersey colours. Once that is complete, your team will automatically be approved to proceed with the payment process. Teams will not be guaranteed a space in the tournament until payment is received in full. 

At this time we are only accepting eTransfer as payment method for all tournaments. eTransfer is the quickest and full payment is the only way to guarantee your spot in the tournament. The payment procedure is a two step process. Payments are not processed through this website. You will need to submit the eTransfer through your financial institution. Instructions on where to submit your eTransfer payment are provided during the registration process. 

Once payment has been verified, your team's status will be confirmed and your spot guaranteed.

Documents Needed

You will be required to submit your Official Team Roster. Self generated team lists will not be accepted. Only the official team roster signed by your league registrar will be accepted. If you do not have an official roster, contact your association registrar. 

A Travel Permit is only required to be submitted by teams attending from outside the HEO Branch.
 
It is understood that some teams may not have their official team roster or travel permit right away and as such, these documents may be uploaded at a later time but no later than December 15th, 2022. A team roster may be updated should players change prior to the tournament.
