NEW DATE: Eganville Minor Hockey will host its AGM on Saturday, May 11th beginning at 6:30pm at the Eagles Nest. Proposed constitutional changes or agenda items must be submitted to the Secretary by April 30th. Along with the regular elections, several new positions are being proposed that will be available for election.
EDMHA Annual General Meeting 2024

Eganville Minor Hockey will host the 2024 Annual General Meeting. This is a valuable opportunity for members to provide feedback on the past season and input into the next. Executive elections will also be conducted at this time.
AGM Agenda / Constitution Changes
The full AGM agenda will be available early in May. Members who wish to propose constitutional changes or other AGM agenda items must submit their proposal in writing by April 30th to be included. Submissions are to be made to the
EDMHA Secretary.
A proposal intends to be put forward to expand the number of Executive positions from the current number of five to nine. Over a number of years the workload on members has increased and having additional positions will allow duties to be spread out more effectively and also allow for more members to have direct input into minor hockey operations.
Executive Elections
Members in good standing are eligible to apply for and vote members to Executive positions. Members interested in any position are asked to submit their intention to the EDMHA Secretary in advance so that ballots can be prepared.

Any member interested in being a part of the Executive should review the duties for the position prior to submitting their request so that they have a full understanding of the role and responsibilities as each position has additional duties that may not be obvious from the title.
