You do not need to have all the qualifications to apply for a head coach position. The selected candidate will be required to complete all necessary courses within a specified timeline. You can identify which course are required by visiting the Bench Staff Qualifications link. EDMHA will reimburse bench staff members for completing the necessary qualifications on a prorated basis. All minor hockey coaching staff members are required to have a valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening. If applicants do not have a current CRC they may still apply however must immediately submit to the OPP a request for the CRC be completed.
CRC must have been completed within three years.
