Bill Green Memorial Rep B Tournament

Eganville District Minor Hockey Association and Barry's Bay Minor Hockey Association are excited to be hosting the Bill Green Memorial Rep B Tournament on December 10th and 11th, 2022.  Rep B teams from U11, U13, U15, and U18 will storm into Eganville and Barry's Bay for a weekend of exciting hockey action! 

Tournament Structure

The tournament will be a round robin format followed by a championship series. Each level will have a maximum of eight teams and there will be a three game minimum. 

Venues 

U11 and U13 games will be played primarily at the Barry's Bay Arena
U15 and U18 games will be played primarily at the Eganville Arena
Depending on the schedule, it is possible that a team may have to play in the other arena although that will be avoided if at all possible. 

Registration

The cost for a weekend of action is only $900.

To participate, select the Register button above to begin the registration process. You will need to enter your team location and name, contact information (Manager and/or Coach), and jersey colours. Once that is complete, your team will automatically be approved to proceed with the payment process. Teams will not be guaranteed a space in the tournament until payment is received in full. 

At this time we are only accepting eTransfer as payment method for all tournaments. eTransfer is the quickest and full payment is the only way to guarantee your spot in the tournament. The payment procedure is a two step process. Payments are not processed through this website therefore you will need to submit the eTransfer through your financial institution. Instructions on where to submit your eTransfer payment are provided during the registration process. 

Once payment has been verified, your team's status will be confirmed and your spot guaranteed.

Documents Needed

You will be required to submit your Official Team Roster. Self generated team lists will not be accepted. Only the official team roster signed by your league registrar will be accepted. If you do not have an official roster, contact your association registrar. 

A Travel Permit is only required to be submitted by teams attending from outside the HEO Branch. 
It is understood that some teams may not have their official team roster or travel permit right away and as such, these documents may be uploaded at a later time but no later than December 1st, 2022. A team roster may be updated should players change prior to the tournament.

Accommodations

There are a number of hotels available within a short distance to each arena. Teams are encouraged to book a block of rooms early. 

Sportsheadz App

Game schedule, results and standings will be available both online and through the Sportsheadz app. Registered teams are encouraged to download the Sportsheadz app and link their team to the tournament to follow along with all the action.
